Get AetherCache

Create your cache.

Free, local-first MTG collection software for Windows and Android, built for the way you actually catalog a collection — one binder page at a time.

Windows

Checking latest version…

The full AetherCache experience: fast, automatic OCR capture, the Virtual Binder gallery, foil and per-copy tracking, and optional folder-based sync. Check for updates anytime from the Settings tab's Updates panel — no need to come back to this page.

  • ~58 MB installed (grows once the card catalog and OCR models download on first use)
  • Camera required for automatic scanning and identification — you can also curate your collection manually and upload photos without one
  • No account, no sign-in
Checking for latest release…
Verify your download. Every release is signed with AetherCache's updater key; SHA-256 checksums are published alongside each build. The installer itself isn't OS-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may flag it as unrecognized on first run — that's expected, not a sign anything's wrong.

Beta Release

Android

Checking latest version…

Same camera-based capture pipeline as desktop. No Play Store listing during beta — this is a direct APK download you install yourself ("sideloading").

  • ~58 MB installed (grows once the card catalog and OCR models download on first use)
  • Account-free folder sync with Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive
  • No auto-updates yet — re-download this page for newer versions
  • Not from the Play Store, so Android will ask you to confirm installing an APK from an unknown source the first time
Checking for latest release…
Installing it. Open the downloaded .apk on your phone (or copy it over first). Android will warn that it's from an unknown source — that's expected for anything outside the Play Store; tap through to allow it for this file, then install. Every release is signed with the same AetherCache key, so installing a newer version later updates in place rather than needing an uninstall first.
